Any additional works will need to be authorised and signed off on before such works are started.

For emergencies, we are available 24/7. Since emergency work often requires special terms tailored to each situation, we will discuss and approve these terms to ensure that the work proceeds as quickly as possible. Invoices will include our standard terms, and most invoices are due within 30 days unless a different arrangement is made.
